Free LED light bulbs – help customers reduce the amount of electricity they use and the amount they pay, free of charge.

Green Energy Fixed Tariff – 100% renewable electricity sourced from solar, wind and water power.

Smart meter rollout – puts an end to estimated bills, and helps customers to cut down on the energy they’re using.

UW Woodland – UW plants a tree for every customer who signs up to all its home services, and aims to create a woodland with over 100,000 trees by 31 March 2021. That’s 100 Wembley pitches worth of trees, which will absorb 20,000 tonnes of CO2.

UW Foundation – the company’s charitable foundation supports Plastic Oceans UK. It also helps to support local charitable causes and the fight against COVID-19.
