Use your card at one of our many participating retailers and you can earn up to 10% cashback. You can find a complete list of which stores you can earn cashback at here. Purchases from other retailers are eligible for cashback of 1% on spends up to £1,000 per month. Only customers not engaged in debt collection proceedings with UW – and with at least two of the following services active at the time of billing: landline, broadband, gas and electricity – are eligible to receive the 1% cashback.
£50 Cashback Credit: £50 credit is paid on first top-up to qualifying customers who switch their energy, broadband, mobile, and an insurance product (Insurance means Boiler & Home Cover or Income Protector only) to us. Cashback credit must be used within six months of top up.

£400 to help you switch - Available when a new customer switches at least three of their services on the same date: energy, broadband, mobile and insurance (insurance means Boiler & Home Cover or Income Protector only). We’ll give credit of up to £400 towards evidenced and qualifying termination fees that are due to current providers. If the agreement with us is terminated within 12 months of sign up, this termination fee credit must be paid back in full. Additional requirements apply to customers who are tenants. Terms apply.
