Expert Reviews Energy Awards are voted for by consumers with the consumer publication surveying 2,051 Brits. This means the awards are a true reflection of British consumers' views. 

Utility Warehouse took Highly Commended in the Best Energy Supplier category with nearly two thirds of Brits saying they would recommend UW to a friend. UW was also Highly Commended in the Best Customer Service category and in the Best Value category, with the highest number of those surveyed saying they were very satisfied with UW. 

UW has seen huge growth in 2022, with its most recent results showing an annualised growth rate of 24%. UW’s performance has also been recognised by Uswitch, where they took home Best Customer Service, Best Rewards, and Most Likely To Recommend in the 2022 awards. The company has shown its commitment to looking after its customers by opening a new Customer Service Hub in Burnley, focussing on service for new customers’ first 60 days with the company.
