Multiservice supplier has launched UK's cheapest fixed price energy tariff
< Back to Newsroom15 June 2023 - Utility Warehouse (UW) today launched the UK’s cheapest fixed price energy tariff at £100 below July’s price cap.
From next month, the price cap is set at £2,074 for an average household, but UW’s new “Fixed Saver 1” tariff will allow customers to fix their energy prices at an average cost of £1,974.
To take advantage of the new tariff, customers need to take energy plus at least two other market-leading services with UW, such as mobile, broadband or insurance.
UW customers can also save a further £150 on their bills by bundling together three or more services when they sign up with a UW Partner.
Stuart Burnett, Co-CEO of Utility Warehouse, said: “Our new fixed tariff is £100 below July’s price cap and the cheapest fixed deal on the market. As cost of living pressures continue to rise, this will give households peace of mind on their energy bills for the next 12 months.”
The new tariff comes as UW customer numbers have recently broken through the 900,000 mark and the business is on track to welcome an extra million customers over the medium term - reflecting its strong, long-term competitive position.
The fixed tariff is available from 9am on June 15th. To sign up, contact a UW Partner or visit www.uw.co.uk for more information.
