UW broadband rated as top three by the consumer champion, ranking ahead of other big-name competitors
< Back to Newsroom29 March 2023 - We’re delighted to have been placed in the top three of Which?’s annual satisfaction survey for broadband. As well as improving our position from 10th last year, this puts us ahead of many big name competitors.
Overall, we scored 63%, ranking highly for customer service, value for money, technical support, connection reliability and ease and speed of contract.
As a result, our broadband service is featured in the April edition of Which?’s members’ magazine. They highlighted that we are an industry leader for broadband customer service, beating most other providers and that our customers are more likely to remain loyal to us and less likely to switch. Our customers also think we provide good value for money.
In their analysis, Which? also noted that unlike the majority of other suppliers, we do not increase our broadband prices mid-contract.
We’re proud to provide superfast and reliable broadband to help our customers save a bundle on their household bills.
