They highlighted that we are an industry leader for broadband customer service, beating most other providers and that our customers are more likely to remain loyal to us and less likely to switch. Our customers also think we provide good value for money.

In their analysis, Which? also noted that unlike the majority of other suppliers, we do not increase our broadband prices mid-contract.
