£20 Broadband Offer

Definitions

Qualifying Broadband Service: 18 month contract on Full Fibre 100, Ultra+ (FTTC 80/20) or Ultra (FTTC 40/10) broadband only.

Qualifying Service Bundle: Double Gold, Gold Talk or Gold Energy.

Start Date: 13 May 2021 

Qualifying Customer: A customer who joins Utility Warehouse as (1) a new customer on or after the Start Date, and (2) successfully signs up to a Qualifying Service Bundle.

The £20 broadband offer 

1. A Qualifying Customer will be eligible to pay £20 per month for the first 6 months on a Qualifying Broadband Service. After the first 6 months a Qualifying Customer will be charged our standard broadband pricing for that service minus any discount they are eligible for, as set out in our Charges Guide, for the remaining 12 months.

2. £20 price includes: 

• Line rental on Ultra+ and Ultra tariffs only (no line rental required on Full Fibre 100);

• VAT

• 10% Double Gold and Gold Talk discount and any other applicable discounts. 

3. £20 price excludes additional charges such as routers, postage and packing, installation costs and any calling features. 

4. For the avoidance of doubt, a customer will not be eligible for the £20 broadband offer if:

• a) They are an existing customer of Utility Warehouse.

• b) They do not take a Qualifying Service Bundle. 

5. This promotion cannot be used in combination with any other offers or discounts which reduce the £20 price.

6. If a Qualifying Customer ceases to qualify for our Double Gold, Gold Talk or Gold Energy bundles, they will no longer be eligible for the £20 broadband offer and will, from the date that they cease to qualify, be charged the standard price for the broadband service per month, as set out in our Charges Guide.

7. Our standard Terms and Conditions also apply, as set out in our Residential Tariff Guide.

8. Qualifying Broadband Services are subject to availability in the area. Full Fibre infrastructure is required for Full Fibre 100. Line rental required for Ultra+ and Ultra tariffs.

9. We reserve the right to modify, amend or remove the £20 broadband offer, in its entirety, at any time.
