The £20K Giveaway Prize Draw

1. This promotion is open to all UK residents over 18 years of age, except employees of Utility Warehouse, their families, agents and anyone associated with this promotion.

2. Closing date for receipt of entries is midday on 31st August 2021.

3. No purchase necessary.

4. The prize is £20,000 cash. No other alternative will be offered.

5. Only entries received by the closing date on either original company The £20K Giveaway forms or via the official Utility Warehouse online application form will be valid. Illegible or altered entries or those not in accordance with the entry instructions are invalid and will not be accepted. All entries are subject to verification.

6. No correspondence will be entered into regarding the Prize Draw.

7. Utility Warehouse accepts no liability for any lost or delayed entries.

8. In the event of any dispute, the decision of the directors of Utility Warehouse Limited shall be final and binding on all entrants.

9. The Prize Draw will be held at Massive Action Day 2021 which will take place no later than 30 October 2021 and supervised by an independent person. The winner will be chosen at random and notified by phone within 30 days’ of the Prize Draw.

10. The winner consents to being filmed and/or having their photograph taken for promotional purposes.
